I will draw realistic pencil portraits for you - be it of yourself, your family, your friends, a celebrity or even your pet - all you need to do is send me a reference picture and tell me how much time I should spend on the drawing. The more time I have, the more detailed a drawing you will receive (duh...) but of course the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Reference. I can draw from almost any picture (Among the Stars was drawn from an ID picture) but the drawing will be better and more detailed if the reference has a high resolution, a good lighting with nice contrast and is crisp. The more detail the picture has, the more detail I will be able to incorporate to the drawing and the more realistic it will look. Please keep that in mind when choosing a reference

Pricing. I decided on a hourly rate of four Euro (that's about five USD). You will get a finished portrait no matter how much you pay only the degree of detail and realism will vary. Shipping costs will differ depending on where you live (I will post examples soon). I spent between 2 and 30+ hours on my portraits so far, just browse my gallery to see some examples. The time needed for a portrait also depends on the size of the portrait, a smaller portrait normally takes less time, the biggest size I offer at the moment is A4 (since I don't have bigger drawing paper yet ).

2 hours, A4, rough shading with just one type of pencil, about 8€/10$

6 hours, A5, smooth shading with varying pencil leads, about 25€/30$

20 hours, A4, realistic shading with varying pencil leads, about 80€/100$

over 30 hours, A4, realistic shading and detailed background, about 120€/150$

Prices are in Euro and USD and examples for portraits similar in degree of detail and realism. The abve drawings are not for sale! The Twilight drawing took more time because of the many tiny and intricate details. It's harder to get the details right if the face measures only a few inches/cm
