Some close friends of mine married a month ago and what better gift to give them than a hand-drawn portrait?
This was drawn from a beautiful reference photograph from the actual wedding. It took the most of three days to complete and was given to them after they came back from their honeymoon. There's a beautiful hand-made glas frame to go with it (NOT made by me ;) ). I'll try to get a picture of the whole display, it turned out really pretty, especially with some sort of light source behind it.
Anyways, I hope you like it. Drawn on Hahnemühle paper with 2H-6B pencils. I need to go darker.

Wundervolle Portraits. man fuehlt die Anspannung (wegen der Zeremonie?) und Zuneigung.
Toll wie du die Gesichtzuege erausgearbeitet hast (vor allem die Augen, und ihre Nase und Mund) :love:
irgendwas passt mir bei ihrem linken (also im Bild das rechte) Schluesselbein noch nicht so ganz, cannot put my finger on it...

Vielen Dank! Ich weiß gar nicht mehr, ob das Foto vor oder nach der Hochzeit aufgenommen wurde, aber auf jeden Fall nicht während ;)
Beim Schlüsselbein fehlt glaube ich ein leichter Schatten, der das ganze nach unten agrenzt, kann das sein?
