The #hq World Tour was in Berlin yesterday and I was there!! I did a drawing of $Heidi beforehand and gave it to her at the meeting. I think she liked it :P

This was also done in about eight hours, with pencils varying from B to 6B. I'm rather happy with the way it turned out, especially the hair, although the background could have been a bit darker to make the hair stand out more...

Belated but sincere thanks to *SeaWhisper for catching this moment: [link]

How have I not commented here already?! I totally thought that I had.

When =Raishuu asked me to view her portfolio, I was excited to see physical representations of her art. Her talent quickly, quickly became evident as I viewed piece after piece. She explained how deviantART helped her grow as an artist and hearing personal stories like that always inspires me to no end.

Just as I was nearing the end of her portfolio, I noticed a drawing that looked a lot like my face and she said something along the lines of, "Here, I made this for you." I was completely shocked in the best possible way. Truly amazing.

Thank you, thank you.
